I am once again getting emails from people saying that Whatever arrives on their Feedly RSS reader sporadically if at all and when questioned about it, Feedly says that I am blocking them. Feedly is lying to you, or at the very least is wildly extrapolating. Not only am I not blocking Feedly, I specifically made sure they were on a whitelist to access this site. Beyond that, why would Feedly be the only RSS service I would block? Feedly did not steal my lunch money as a child, nor run off with my girlfriend; I hold Feedly no grudges.
No, the problem is entirely on their end. If you talk to Feedly about this and they say I am blocking them, go ahead and show them this post. Also tell them (somewhat more seriously) that if they want they can contact me and we can try to walk through why Feedly apparently has a problem accessing my site. I’m happy to work with them to fix this but rather less enthused at having to do their customer service for them.

Switch to Inoreader.
Problem solved.
Newsblur (https://newsblur.com) is a fantastic RSS reader that has great features and a free tier to try it out. I always recommend it when RSS reader discussions come up.
One of my favorite features is the ability to have a custom email address that you can forward newsletters to so you can read them in your RSS feed instead of a mail client.
I am a long standing customer and am not affiliated with Newsblur. I just like to support independent websites that don’t hoover up my data for their profit.

Feedbro works if you need an alternative reader.
I haven’t seen any issues with InoReader, another RSS reader. (Although if a post or two didn’t make it, I might not notice.)
There are RSS readers that will run off with my girlfriend? That would save lots of Confrontation and Drama if we ever broke up! Which ones should I use for that?
I second Ionreader. I had many issues with Feedly both free and paid for it, but still had problems. When you last mentioned that it was failing to show your posts, which I had noticed around the same time, I investigated other readers. I gave Ionreader a try and soon decided to go pro version with them as it worked really well, but the free version was just fine too.
It’s not just your site. It’s sites across WordPress.com, including mine. I’ve told my readers just to get off Feedly. I’ve switched to Inoreader. It’s not perfect but at least it shows my posts shortly after I post them.
Fourth? on Inoreader. I did a lot of research after the untimely demise of Google Reader, and Inoreader was the winner then and has gotten better (especially their Android app).

I think they fixed whatever it was that was there problem because I just got the last weeks worth of posts at once on feedly. The last post was 2 weeks ago.
I, for one, am really tired of the enshittification trend everywhere.
All of the posts from whatever from 6/21->6.28 just showed up in my feedly feed today. So, they show up eventually… just not in a timely manner.
Another Feedly user just now getting a clump of posts in one fell swoop. I hope the problem can be solved, as I don’t know if I have it in my to learn my way yet another RSS reader.
Confirming another Feedly dump. This is not the only website Feedly has this issue with. tumblr feeds especially seem to fall victim of this as well, and have for years (far longer than it’s been a problem here).
Another Feedly user that just received Whatever 6/21-6/28 all at once. Only feed I’ve noticed it happening with for me including other WordPress blogs.
I just installed Inoreader on my iPhone and when I selected whatever, it immediately displayed the last 20 posts. It’s interesting; I haven’t tried RSS feeds for a very long time.
Interesting experiment. I use Vivaldi browser, and one of its built in features is following RSS feeds. I was quickly able to add Whatever to my Vivialdi RSS reader. So there’s yet another way to follow RSS feeds.
FWIW, I use Feedly and I haven’t had this problem with your site (or any others!).

Another vote for Newsblur. I’ve been using it since the shutdown of GR, and I happily pay yearly to continue to use it.
It’s frustrating to hear about the issues with Feedly’s RSS reader. Your transparency on this matter is commendable. It’s disappointing when technical misunderstandings lead to service disruptions, especially when you’ve taken proactive steps like whitelisting Feedly. Hopefully, they can address this promptly to ensure reliable access for all subscribers. Keep up the great content despite these hurdles!
A Feedly Pro user here, and I can confirm that a whole batch of your posts just came through in the last 24 hours.
Feedly dates them all as one day old, despite me being able to see that the oldest of the batch – “Comments seem to be down” – being actually posted on 21 June. But Feedly claims that piece was posted at 9.04pm on 28 June.
I use Feedly extensively, and I’d not really noticed this activity at all, although I do remember you noting it in the past. I’ve certainly not noticed this behaviour with other blogs, including my own WordPress blog.
Feedly seemed to show your updates every seven days. I’d see a string of entries from “7d ago”, and then “14d ago”, and the rest after that were more random.
I switched to feeder.co because of it.

So I do get your stuff, but their polling / scraping is probably a bit lagged and/or bugged.
