Globacom Launches New Gloworld Outlet in Maiduguri, Enhances Customer Experience

Globacom, a prominent digital solutions company, has opened a new Gloworld retail outlet in Maiduguri, enhancing its presence in the northeastern region.

Globacom’s Regional Sales Coordinator for the North East, Mr. Augustine Mamuro, explained that the opening of this outlet aligns with the company’s commitment to enhancing customer convenience and experience.

He added that it is part of the company’s strategy to bring its services closer to the people, providing more platforms for customers to access its products and services.

He noted that the new center is staffed by well-trained and customer-friendly personnel, offering various services such as SIM replacement and registration, recovery of over-scratched cards, refills, unblocking of phones, and laptop configurations for internet access. Customers can also purchase affordable devices, smartphones, and accessories.

The Deputy Governor of Borno State, Alhaji Umar Umar Kadafur, who was a special guest at the event, commended Globacom for its thoughtful decision to open a new Gloworld in the state, thereby bringing its products and services closer to the people.
