Enrique Iglesias is celebrating his 50th birthday today! As he enters a new decade, Iglesias appears to be happier than ever, finding the perfect balance between his professional and personal life. 
As the son of Julio Iglesias and Isabel Preysler, Enrique grew up under the spotlight. He also became one of the most notorious Spanish-speaking performers in the world, launching his career in 1995 and, two years later, winning his first Grammy. The rest is history. Through the years, Enrique has participated in world tours and produced all manner of iconic hits with collaborators like Marc Anthony, Pitbull, Ricky Martin, and more.
As he turns 50, Iglesias has embraced a quieter approach to life, steering clear of the spotlight whenever he can. Based in Miami with his partner Anna Kournikova and their children, twins Nicholas and Lucy, 5, and Mary, 3, Iglesias is rarely spotted out in public. He has a social media account with millions of followers, yet provides few updates. 
Over the past few years, Iglesias has made a few notable decisions when it comes to his career. He kicked off a tour in 2023 alongside Pitbull and Ricky Martin, extending it through 2024 due to its great sales. In 2023, he sold his entire musical catalogue, image, and name rights for an undisclosed sum of money.
This news followed the announcement of his retirement, which was marked by the release of two records, titled "Final Vol 1" and "Final Vol 2." While he made it clear that he wouldn't be making new music, Iglesias is still planning on performing. He has various shows scheduled this year, including some in his native Spain.
Despite the privacy that he and his family prefer, one thing is obvious: Iglesias and Kournikova love being parents and want to spend most of their time with their kids. 
"They both love being parents and spend their time raising their children," said a source earlier this year to PEOPLE. 
"Anna and Enrique never looked for the spotlight, and that attitude has just gotten stronger since they have had children."
