Bill Belichick might be turning 73 in April, but his lower-body strength doesn’t seem to know that.
The former Patriots coach went viral on social media again on Saturday thanks to his girlfriend Jordon Hudson’s most recent Instagram post. Hudson shared a scroll of images of Belichick lifting her up with just his hands and feet at the beach. In one of the images, Belichick needed only his feet to lift Hudson up by her stomach.
“☀️#SpringBreak #UsTime #StillGotIt 💪🏻,” Hudson wrote in the caption of the post with audio of Lou Reed’s “Walk On The Wild Side” playing.

Belichick and Hudson have shared several images together since they went public with their relationship last summer. In fact, this isn’t the first notable image the two of them have taken together at the beach. She shared an image of Belichick dressed up as a fisherman for Halloween, with him reeling Hudson in from shore as she was dressed as a mermaid.
More recently, the couple was spotted together on multiple occasions during Super Bowl week in New Orleans in early February. Hudson was Belichick’s date for the NFL Honors show, drawing attention as they both wore their own championship rings. Hudson also trolled the Falcons in a T-shirt she wore while walking with Belichick later in the week. Their Super Bowl week was capped off with the two of them appearing in a Dunkin’ commercial together.
Following the Super Bowl, Belichick’s gotten more settled in with his new job as North Carolina’s football coach. When there were rumors of him possibly returning to the NFL in January, Hudson wrote that the couple was “overly committed” to UNC football in a social media post.
Hudson might also be a part of the program in some way. Recent emails obtained by The Assembly‘s Matt Hartman show that Belichick requested Hudson be copied on future emails in a message to a UNC administrator, causing some social media speculation on how involved she might be with UNC’s football team.
That remains unclear, but Belichick coached his first spring practices at UNC earlier in March. UNC students were on spring break this past week, allowing Belichick to get some time off.
The relationship between Belichick and Hudson, 24, was first reported on in June 2024. However, they’ve been together for much longer than that. They reportedly met on a flight to Florida in January 2021 before beginning their relationship sometime in 2022.
